mhuffman.com

This site existed mostly to support classes I taught part-time over the past 10 years at local community colleges. During that time I have collected a varied assortment of tips, hints, and "how to" explanations to help students or answer questions. They range from archived email replies to formal printed handouts and cover subjects from MS Windows basic configuration settings that anyone using a computer more than 10 minutes a day should know (but precious few do) to explanations of Intel 8086 machine instructions.

I have not decided what direction, if any, this site will take. My initial idea is to edit and revise some of the material I have written for classes and post it here so it is easier to use, if for no one other than myself. The format will probably be a blog. Until then, here are links to some blogs that I read on a regular basis, books on my Summer "to read" list, and software and language resources.
